Video Interacion Guidance

Video Interaction Guidance (VIG.) is a method, which aims to improve communication and relationships. Parents are supported by a VIG practitioner to view and discuss short edited clips of personal interaction, so as to faciltate an attuned interaction which i the foundation of effective communication, and a secure parent-child relationship. The Practitioner aims to empower parents in the process of change by exploring perceptions, building on their strengths and challenging assumptions. Relationships, interactions and behaviour improve as they communication style changes.
